Hello, that is a great question. However the answer is no, I myself am a 5'10" adult and the Boys ties come up short and are tight on my neck. This is unfortunate however mostly all the patterns and styles of the boys ties are available in mens sizes. I've moved on to the mens Brooks ties and they are excellent, quite pricey but well worth it. Hope this helps.
