I do not have this specific Milano cut suit, however the Milano suit I do have is cut a little slimmer than the Fitzgerald in the pants and has a slightly lower rise as well. The lower rise is not really that noticeable as it is only slightly lower . Hope this helps. I have Fitzgerald, Regent and Milano cut suits, which really only have slight variances.
