Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Our Camel Hair Two-Button Jacket is assembled in China but the fabric is woven in Italy, exclusively for Loro Piana and Brooks Brothers. The cuffs feature non-functional buttonholes, which means they are unable to be unbuttoned. Of course, they may be brought to your local tailor if you choose to have them made functional.
