Nice cigars I have been very pleased with the quality of the material utilized. As a matter of fact, I am wearing one today. The cotton stays pressed all day. I would recommend these pocket squares to anybody. March 17, 2010

The difference is in the way the edges are finished. The cigar rolled ones have hand rolled edges while the regular cotton ones have machine stictched edges. It's an aesthetic choice.

The cigar-rolled ones are finished by hand, meaning that the edges are hand rolled and sewn. The pure cotton ones do not have this detail.
