Hello Tski,

We do have a size small available in this coat. However, the center vent can be opened. There should be an X stitching in the back of coat which can be easily loosed by a reputable tailor.

Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Our City Trench is intended to be used throughout the fall and in the winter in more mild climates. It is waterproof and lined with plaid cotton, but it will not provide adequate warmth in particularly cold weather.
