Great pair of Khakis, my favorite fit and finish o I highly recommend these pants, they are stylish,durable,and made well. I buying a new pair because I pen marked my others. The Clark is a modern fit, but not too slim, which is what I want. I do not care for some of the ultra slim type, but I dont want the MC Hammer parachutes either. The Clark is a good choice. Need charcoal grey The Clark is a great pant, however the dark grey looks more green to me than grey. I wish Brooks would offer more of a charcoal grey. Seems like that would be considered a basic color. March 28, 2013
great for the casual office. I'm a dentist, so I need a pair of somewhat casual yet snappy pair of pants. I'm up, down, and walking around all day in full display, but don't want to overdue it with a pair of dress slacks. I never professionally clean them, usually have them in the dryer for the first 25 mins, then get them out and air dry them. They always look good. They hold up really well but for the bottom of the cuff in the back, it always gives out at around 6 months. So I get 5 sets of these every six months, and donate the old ones knowing someone is getting a great pair of pants after they hem them up an inch. I would really try the clark fit over the hudson as I've owned both. I find the hudson too roomy coupled with the strangeness of the tapered leg. It just looks strange. Try the clark first, then if you are too big, get the hudson, just my opinion and more importantly, my wife's...lol. August 25, 2012

Don't get the Milano style. Get the Clark or the others if you want a comfortable fit.

I am partial to the clark fit for the reasons you wrote about. The best thing is to try on a pair from the milano and clark range and then make your choice.

I would imagine that the Clark would be a nice fit for you. I don't find them to be baggy at all. Interestingly, I needed to go up one size in the waist than I am used to. Therefore, I tend to size these chinos more like dress pants than traditional khakis.

This is a happy medium. The cut is excellent. Just order online, try and retune if not happy the return form is include and it is a snap. Overall very good pants. Certainly not too tight..

These are the pants for you. I wish the leg opening was a little wider, but they make pants with waist sizes in 1 inch increments and they make every inseam lenght.

The Clark fit is perfect for me personally. They are snug but not too snug. Make sure you get the correct waist size, and try them on if you can.

They are not baggy. Depending on your body habitus, I find them to be medium. Not too tight, but by no means baggy.

No. The crease is permanent, but not sewn in as previous versions, none of which is explained. I have contacted customer service about this for 'several' years. I hate creases. DMLougheed.

These trousers hold a crease well. I never iron them and they always look good. Just hang them straight out of the dryer and you're set.

The crease is pretty much permanent. I have had the holes wear in the bottom of a cuff before the crease will wash out.

Yes, the crease is down the front of the pant leg. I have not seen it "wash out" yet, and I've laundered mine a few times.

You do not have to size up in the clark advantage chinos. I'v had the hudson and the waist is the same in the clark. I feel the clark looks better. The hudson is baggy with a tapered leg, very comfy, but look strange.

Now, the dress slacks, especially in regent fit, you need to size up 2 sizes....so if you wear a 36 in the clark, or hudson advantage chinos, you will wear a small 38 in the regent dress slacks.

On the care label it says not to iron them, but for particularly tough creases can one use an iron?

These pants are pressed with a steam iron every time they come from the dryer. I would not send them to the laundry due to the presses and starch they use. But yes, they can be "ironed" or "pressed" with a medium steam iron.

I use a steamer. I have a large one for suits and pants especially and non iron shirts that have been folded or recently washed. The smaller hand held steamer is for quick unwrinkling of items and also it is used for travel purposes. Hotel Irons are the pits I have burned many shirts and pants with those inferior made things.

use a hand steamer or the steam function of an iron (a good hand iron or steamer is essential to a gentleman's wardrobe,or so I would think). I do this all the time to pants that I do not want a front crease. You have to fold the pant in half when you hang them to maintain the no front crease look and again steam the side which will crease after hanging this way, but it will be an easier task than getting rid of the initial front positioned crease.

I recently purchased a couple pairs and the pants a bit long. Given that the nature of the fabric, being wrinkle resistant, what is the best way to get the hems adjusted? Would a regular dry cleaner be able to iron out and fix or would it be better if I brought it to a BB store and had then adjust. I don't see the right waist/length size available so I need to have the pants tailored. Thanks.

Take it to a BB store. The pants have a non-iron finish which makes them a little more difficult to alter than if they didn't have the finish, and the BB tailors have more experience with them. A 'clumsy' alteration will be very obvious with this fabric.
