I have four of these shirts. They launder and finish well, and at age 55, 150 lbs and 5'6" it's great to have shirts that fit. Buy them without hesitation!
The shirt has a flaw which you can plan around. The interfacing between the top layer and bottom layers of the collar tends to shrink after about 10 commercial laundry cycles. Good cleaners will "wet block" the collar, effectively stretching the collar and the interfacing back to the neck size. My shirts lost 1/2" collar size in the laundry cycle. My cleaners did the wet block stretch back to exactly 16 1/2". This is a problem I am certain Brooks Brothers will address. My shirts came from vendor 4488.
Unlike slim fit dress shirts, these extra slim fit collars do not have a full 1/2 size about the stated collar size at delivery. I am much happier with my new shirts order 1/2" larger.
Enjoy the shirt- the interfacing shrinkage wrinkled up the back of the collar- but not the top layer. Only your cleaners will know!

For a young man such as myself with still a V shape, athletic build I was disappointed by the "extra slim fit". The extra slim is not what I would call extra slim based on the designation. When I lift my arms I am left with far too much material under my arm and too much room around the mid section presenting a "squirrel suit" problem I often find in dress shirts not designed for a modern man. I was also disappointed that BB does not offer a shirt without a pocket in solid colors/no French cuffs without spending a lot per shirt. I was pleased with the quality of shirt and delivery.

The fabric wrinkles easily, but the only shirt I can wear off the shelf without getting it tailored. Good fit and feel.

Love the fit of the Ultra Slim. Two suggestions 1. Tone down the length/size of the collar. I'd like to wear my slim shirt with a slim tie that does not require a monster knot. 2. I wish a plain front shirt was an available option.

Really like the extra-slim fit shirts. I hope that Brooks Brothers starts offering more selection and non-iron options.

I recieved this shirt via FedEx to europe, and i have to say it is a perfect fit!
My problem with "off the rack" shirts, is ususally arms length and neck width don't match.
Here you have possibiliy to combine these different sizes, to find the shirt that fits you best.
Very greatful to finally have been able to hold and try on a Brooks Brothers shirt, did that in the Regent St. store in London. When I got home to Denmark I ordered 3 shirts in those sizes straight away.

Overall this is a great dress shirt for skinnier guys who are tired of puffy shirts. I really appreciate the high armholes and the slimmer fit around the shoulders and chest. However, the waist still felt loose as well as the back, which still balloned out a little. Maybe it's just my body, I'm 5'8" with a size 30 waist and I ordered the 15 - 32 size. It's still better than any "slim" dress shirt I've worn in the past.

I was hoping these shirts would be better than they are - but I guess you get what you pay for. My main disappoinment is with the quality of the material. It's average. Not terrible, but nothing that nice either. The fabric creases and wrinkles easily after putting on the shirt. Also, there is no gauntlet button. On a positve note, the fit of the extra-slim is nice for skinny guys like me.
