Rated 5 out of 5 by HaimB Excellent shirt
One of the best that Brooks makes. I wish it were available in other colors. Very soft fabric, nice drape. Ok to wear for most occasions.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Charlie311 Now semi-non-iron
This shirt has also been changed now to the non-iron (almost non-iron), polyester feel.
I wish they would indicate it on their description. I have had this shirt for many years, several of them. Years ago it would wrinkle easily but the feel was unique. Later on it would wrinkle less and still had the great cotton feel.
I just got one to replace two that worn out and found that it almost does not wrinkle. The worst part is that it now has that polyester feel that the non-iron shirts have.
I wish they would have a little respect for tradition and leave some wrinkling, real cotton and cotton feel shirts for others. It's pretty disappointing.

I'm a big guy. Finding a shirt in 20/37 that looks good and wears well is hard. The price was excellent. Way to go BB!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lionheart Classic, attractive shirt
This is a terrific shirt. It's appearance and tailoring is superb and though it's not an "non-iron" shirt, it launders beautifully and maintains its color. My only gripe is that the button-down collar is a little long for a thick neck and the collar tips tend to collapse. That's a peculiar fit issue, not a defect in the shirt and I've learned to stick with the point collars instead. Otherwise, this is a terrific shirt.

I was noticing in the Q & A regarding "gauntlet buttons". BB answered back that the traditional cut shirts have the gauntlet button on the sleave when actually they don't. BB, to my knowledge, has never had a gauntlet button on their barrel cuff dress shirts?11 months ago

While most Brooks shirts are non-iron, the classic version is still available on some basic shirts. I wish those of us who love the classic fabric and hate exposing our bodies to plastic-like non-iron cotton would speak up more so we'd have more of a selection.5 months, 3 weeks ago
