Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Our Corduroy Blazer is a bit slimmer than our traditional offerings. If you typically wear a Large in our Slim fit, we recommend that you also select a Large for this blazer. You might be able to fit into a Medium but given that you have 36" arms, a Large will likely require little to no alterations.
