Country Club shirts fit like out regular fit shirts, and this one is not "no iron". In fact, I've not seen a Country Club shirt that is no iron.

The "R" means regular. "S" for short and "L" for long.

I'd say the background color is gray, and it might be gray blue, but it's definitely not white.

An EXLarge Tall should accomodate those long arms I should think, if he's thinking of something in a sweater or
in outerwear. If he's looking for a suit, we'd have to know his waist size, but I'd start with a 46 Long, or possibly a 48 Long.
