Hello, thank you for your inquiry into our Country Club Non-Iron Regular Fit Cashmere Herringbone Sport Shirt. A size Large Regular is a standard Large offering, whereas the Large Long has added length in the sleeves and the torso for gentlemen who are perhaps taller than six feet. In the absence of true dress shirt sizes, we use these to help provide the best possible fit.
