Like a made-to-measure suit Brooks Brothers says there is a standard 6-inch drop though I just purchased this suit in a 40R and the relatively slim pants are a perfect fit with my 33-inch waist. The suit has a beautiful fit and, in fact, the ONLY alteration needed was a hemming of the pants! This and the Milano fit (of which I wear a 42R) is as close to a made-to-measure suit as I have ever found. February 15, 2013
