Here are measurements of one of my jackets:
- Armpit to Armpit: 51cm or 20.1 inches
- Across Waist: 46cm or 18.1 inches
- Shoulder Seam to Cuff: 58.5cm or 23 inches
- Jacket length from collar seam: 73.5cm or 28.9 inches
- Across shoulder: 45cm or 17.7 inches
- Armhole width: 27cm or 10.6 inches.

P.S. I'm 173cm height an 73kg
Actually I have 2 Brooks Brothers jackets (bought them in Italy) but I don't know the fit (are they Regent of Fitzgerald of Madison - I have no idea).
