I believe BB2 corresponds to the men's medium, but be warned that the waist would seem a bit larger, so get that tailored. I think a BB1 would be too narrow at the shoulders for a medium.

Based upon the above, a BB1 would correspond to a small (my size). However, I'm a 36" in suit jackets, which is listed as a BB0 under your size guide. Any advice here? Would size 0 be rather snug and a 1 more appropriate?
