Great shoe, revise size chart for UK made products
The shoes are great as well as the craftmanship. My only issue was with the size listed on the web site; UK sizing is one number less that US. In my case I am a 11 US equivalent to 10 UK when I called customer service they told me that the size was US, which meant that If I am 11 US I sould order 11US. When I got the shoes they were a bit big, but using an insole the issue was fixed -I love the shoe that much that I didnt mind, also the web site was sold out in 10 US-

The Last Court Shoe
In the days of Beau Brummel, this men's formal shoe was buckled, but when pants' bottoms became entangled in the buckle, the bow came into its own. Tied patents look great with Black tie, however, the lost elegance of the evening patent slipper belongs with white tie/tails events. Fashion can be fickle but elegance is forever. Wearing these attests to a man who is confident, elegant, and ignores the herd mentality.

Nice shoe for a woman.
The bow has nothing to do with this shoes femininity. The front of the shoe is just over the toe and it makes it look like a woman's pump. It in no way lends its self to even the most formal of events. The over all quality of the shoe is there but it needs to be beefed up on the front and come up higher on the foot. It was a complete waste of money and you are better off with the lace up patten leather shoes. I was very dissatisfied and basically had to find a shoe store and buy another pair of shoes at the last minute.

Classic style meets excellent craftmanship.
When I first started searching for shoes in this style I was shocked to find how rare they actually are, especially in my size (13). Luckily, not only does Brooks Brothers carry them, but they are produced by Peel and Co. which means that the quality is excellent.
I would definitely recommend them for any man who cares about classic formal style and is secure enough in his own masculinity to wear shoes with bows on them.

Just bought a pair and opened the box to find that the bows were crushed (bows standing straight up).
