The first cummerbund I've found tolerable. First, I shall say, I don't like cummerbunds. I think they are the silliest garment ever devised. I much prefer a three-button vest. I am required to wear a cummerbund, for an impending wedding. I picked up one of these, at the Seattle BB store. They didn't have the matching self-tie bow tie, but were kind enough to have one shipped to me. The fabric is, as stated, "lustrous." I much prefer the barrathea, of this garment, to a shiny satin finish. Simply lovely. The very thoughtful elastic loop, on the back, to attach to a button, on the inside of the waistband (which button I will have installed shortly), will eliminate any futzing about, with a drifting cummerbund. My waist is 36". The medium fits. I might learn to like this thing. Could be worse. At least the wedding is not in the U.S., so no one is expecting me to wear a five-button, fuschia vest and matching bow tie, or any such abomination. August 25, 2010
Classic Cummerbund Classic Cummerbund that matches the bow-tie perfectly. Be careful with your size. I wear 36 pants and was expecting to take the large but actually the small/medium fits perfectly. March 27, 2010

I wear a 30" Milano Advantage Chino. Is small/medium size okay for me?
There are some reviews who has 34" waist that says small/medium fits for them.
