I am planning to wear them with a blue dress shirt, khakis, and a blue blazer. I believe these suspenders would work nicely with this look but I'm not quite sure what kind of bow-tie I should wear with them. Should it be solid, striped, patterned or what and which color would be best?

I'd go with a BB1 stripe (regular or mini) or BB4 stripe, preferably using a combination containing yellow and blue. I'd think a tie with a design (eg. paisley) or novelty (little pictures) would be too busy with those braces.
