This E width is an equivalent of US width D or M. The actual fit is exactly Medium or D, whichever you prefer.

Hello, thank you for your inquiry into our Harrys of London Downing Gloss Loafers. The "E" that you see following the shoe indicates width. E is designated for a foot that is slightly wider than is average whereas EEE is used for feet that are uncommonly wide.
