Great pants
This pair of pants is the best I've ever bought. I will buy more soon. They come out of the dryer looking pressed and are super comfortable.

Hudson chinos
Wear these every day to work. Look great, fit is consistant. Wash and wear and never iron. I have some of these slacks that i have worn over two years and still look fine and I am picky. I have tried many other brands, these slacks offer your best value.

Most satisfactory
Good-looking, easy fit . . . these are the perfect trousers to go with a blue blazer and chambrey shirt to make up a California Tuxedo. And I love the no-iron feature. Ironing is something that happens to other people!

Great material, good fit
From all the chinos I own, these are the best. I own 4 pairs of different colors. These are made from soft & thick material, and don't wrinkle. They also fit great. I have chinos from other companies and they don't compare to these.

Answer:
I'm not sure the pant is treated but I have had 15 or 20 pairs of these over the past 5 years or so and no problems with keeping them clean when compared to other pants such as the Country Club khakis.2 years, 5 months ago

Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Of our five fits, Milano is the trimmest and has a plain front. The Thompson is next, with a straight fit and a pleated front. The Clark has a straight fit and plain front, and the Elliot is the most relaxed fit to have a pleated front. Lastly, the most generous fit for our plain-front chinos is the Hudson. In addition, our newest trim fit is the Red Fleece Slim Chinos (item MR00185). It has our lowest rise, a trim cut and is our most contemporary offering.
We do hope this information is helpful.

I'd take them to a Brooks Brothers store and ask the tailor there. Most stores have tailors and they'll give you great advice.2 years, 2 months ago

Answer:
The desired size of cuff would determine the amount of fabric needed. For instance, a "traditional" cuff is usually around 4cm (or 1.5 inches). In that case, you would need AT LEAST two inches added on to the length. I have heard some tailors recommend more than that. Also, keep in mind that these pants are "non-iron," and for that reason, can cause the cuffs to resist staying flat.2 years, 3 months ago

Brooks' chinos are the best I've ever worn in every way, except for the side pockets, which consistently have worn through and developed holes far sooner than others'.

Answer:
Not so far as I know. The pockets do wear out, and i am not abusive of them. Also, the hems fray much too quickly. Is it just me, or do I remember chinos from years ago that never frayed?10 months ago
by
benjanow
Answer:
I haven't noticed the pockets being a problem immediately. In the past 5 years I've only experienced 1 pair of Hudson Chinos that wore a hole in the pocket, and it took 2 years before that occurred. Maybe you received a bad pair or something you carry helped create the hole.1 year, 11 months ago

I bought some Clark Plain-Front Vintage Chinos two years ago and they were a great fit, very comfortable for the Fall and Winter season in the North East. Are these a lighter fabric or heavier fabric and are they as soft?
