If you are referring to the "collar pin," one is included with the shirt. The "pin" has round ends and one of the ends is threaded for removal and replacement.

Hello,

There is a hole in the collar, which allows the pin to enter without any damage. You can wear the shirt without the pin, as a fashion preference. However, part of the shirt functionality is wearing a pin.
