Hello,

The Regent, Fitzgerald, and Milano Fit have high armholes. Also, you are correct about the definition of natural shoulder, which means there is no padding.

I tried this jacket on in the store in 43R, the size I have worn from BB for many years. Strangely it was quite noticeably short. Even the salesman was surprised. I tried other sports jackets in other materials and it was the same. I tried 42 L and 44 L and they were the right length (but of course, the wrong size at the shoulders.) I'm not a young man and I know for a fact I didn't grow any taller or increase the stretch of my arms. Clearly the jackets (I tried four different models) were all cut to a different spec than BB used in past years. Is this an accident or new policy? It is alarming because BB does not make 43 L of many of their styles.

Hello,

We did make some minor tweaks to the Madison fit in Fall 10. We narrowed the shoulder point to point by ¼ inch, kept the back length the same but shortened front length by ½ inch.
