Madison Fit Pleat-Front Flannel Trousers 5 5 1 2
Beautiful slacks My husband recently purchased two pairs of these pants. His only complaint is that the "rise" is a little higher than he's used to; otherwise the fit is perfect. The fabric is soft and comfortable, but still presents a professional appearance for the office. January 13, 2011

Answer:
Birch is a lighter brown. We would recommend trying the brown version of these trousers if you are looking for a darker brown.

I had the same problem. There is almost no rise! These are like low-rise, skinny jeans. What was Brooks thinking here?
