Bad news, good news While I've ordered over-the-calf socks from Brooks Bros. for years (and normally the same sock) this time I tried a different one. The sock wasn't the over-the calf I expected. Too short. Brooks Brothers, though, has the absolute best return policy of any on-line retailer I've ever dealt with. No questions asked on the return. The customer service rep even asked me to return the pair that had been worn all day before I decided they wouldn't work. The return label also allowed for me to have them exchanged for the socks I've used in the past. The return process is easy, no charge, and doesn't require a visit to the post office. I won't order clothes from any other retailer. The quality of their clothing is the best and their customer service is even better. December 9, 2011
