Hello, thank you for your inquiry. The shirt you see pictured with our Milano Fit with Shadow and Mini Bead Stripe 1818 Suit is our Gingham Dress Shirt, in the color "aqua." It is available in all of our four fits, Traditional (ME01170), Regular (ME01169), Slim (ME01168) and Extra-Slim (ME01167). The tie is our Summer Madder Large Plaid Print Tie (MA01196) in the color "coral." The tie is not yet offered online or in stores but will be available by very early March in both.
