Thank you for your inquiry. Our Tailored fit dress shirts are the slimmest we offer and feature a longer shirttail, while Fitted dress shirts are slightly tapered. That is primarily the only difference between these two selections.

Gentle wash cycle; warm/cold water setting; recommend laundry soap specific for "gentle/delicate"; be sure to spot treat cuffs & collar; use permanent press cycle to dry and REMOVE IMMEDIATELY from dryer; place on hanger. Leaving the shirt in the dryer after the cycle ends... you will have to steam press or iron the shirt.

Wash in cold water, delicate. Then dry on low. Take out of dryer immediately when dry or almost-dry. Touch up with iron (not absolutely necessary but I like my shirts to look very crisp). I have multiple of these shirts, wear them frequently, and they look brand new

Not sure which shirt/blouse was on Oprah, but BB's non-iron shirts are NOT like the permanent press shirts from the 70's. These shirts can actually be worn out of the dryer! They stay crisp looking and withstand the humidity of Florida as well as the heat of Texas and they pack well too!

As a rule... the "middle" letter in a monogram is the first letter in your last name. HOWEVER, it's up to the wearer to determine the arrangement of "their monogram".
