Rated 2 out of 5 by No Iron Shirt Sleeves Rip Easily / Too Frequently I have been purchasing Brooks Brothers no iron shirts for the past several years and have become very disappointed in teh quality. At first, I had one that ripped from the elbow to the wrist aling the seam but I thought it was a fluke. However, as i purchased more of them, the problem continued and became more frequent. I have since gone on the internet to see if anyone has had a similar issue and apparetnly this is a common problem. Other than the apprent design flaw that is behind the ripping, the shirts look good and fit well, but it will be a long time before I buy another one. October 12, 2010
Rated 3 out of 5 by your dress shirts have one overriding problem. it is very difficult to remove ring around the collar.not so on the all cotton non permanent press shirts.what to do to clean the collar? October 13, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Cool Oxford My shirt choices have always tended to oxfords, so the excellence of the Brooks Brothers non-iron shirts has earned my loyalty from the start. I do find, however, that the BooksCool non-iron shirts seem to come from the dryer a little less finished-looking than the regular non-iron oxfords. That said, however, there is still no better 100% non-iron shirt on the market than any made by Brooks. December 10, 2010
Rated 4 out of 5 by Non iron shirt This is absolutely the best shirt value on the market today. The shirts always look sharp and pressed. Many have commented that my shirts always look pressed and starched. Very easy to care for.... So my one complaint is that the creases are SO good that sometimes the shirts split on the crease after just a few washings. November 11, 2010
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not the crisp cotton I'm used to... This shirt just doesn't have the crisp cotton look and feel to it that I am used to in BB shirts. April 19, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by A Must-Have The Oxford cotton is phenominal! It provides both an excellent feel against the skin and gives great versatility to the shirt. Worn with a tie this is wonderful for "dressy" occasions, but with the collar un buttoned it can also double as an excellent casual shirt as well. Traditional fit tends to be a tad baggy in the back otherwise a perfect product! November 3, 2009
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fine seasonal apparel with classic styling The BrooksCool Dress Shirt offers a package of features to satisfy the taste of customers who delight in traditional details combined with ease of care. This shirt, in a variety of essential colors, provides non-iron convewnience, the alway fashionable soft roll button down collar and a lightweight three season fabric for comfortable wear. Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent as Usual Simple, understated quality. It is easy to think that a white dress shirt is so basic that anyone can make it; so why pay for Brooks Brothers? There is a difference and it is Brooks Brothers' quality that stands out and endures. December 9, 2010

Answer:
If you are looking for a light shirt, I suggest you pick a broadcloth dress shirt. Pinpoint is thicker and Supima is thickest of the three.

Answer:
The difference is sleeve length. The first has 36 inch sleeves; the second has 37 inch sleeves. You need to measure your husband's arms in cm and convert measurements to inches.

Answer:
Hello,
The difference is 1 inch (2,54cm) in sleeve length and shirt length. I am 190 cm tall, 130 cm around the chest and 105 cm around the waist and a 18/37 fits me perfectly.
I also had my doubts about the size - and living in Denmark made it too much trouble to return anything - so I just ordered 3 shirts in 18,5/38 as a test. I can wear them, but ever since I have ordered 18/37 which is perfect for me.
If your husband is broad shouldered order the 20/37, if he is more average in the shoulder area order the 20/36.
I hope you can use my advise.

Have a nice day

Answer:
I like a white button down collar with a real bow tie, seersucker suit, and straw hat. When in the Greater St. Louis Area I combine them with white accessories; e.g., belt, strollers, bill fold, sox, handkerchief, etc. The bow tie should work with the color(s) of the hat band; e.g., navy/burgundy, navy/red, navy/emerald, assuming we are coordinating with light blue/white seersucker. Otherwise suitable color corresponding to taupe/white, grey/white, or olive/white seersucker. For a multi-color striped seesucker, like the one in my uploaded image, wear a point collar, solid color shit that matches one of the blue, olive, red or yellow stripes and a solid color bow tie or ascot (with simple overhand throw tucked into open collar) matching the same or another stripe color of the jacket.

Hello,

It is a matter of preference; however, we suggest trying an Ainsley collar shirt, perhaps a button down collar shirt.

Thank you for contacting us.
