Classic Shoe Well crafted shoe,and finished. It is best to use a creme polish on the soft calfskin outer. The fit is on a narrow last, and I find it very supportive. The buckle is a naked brass that allows for easy polishing. I've had them for 2 years now, and wear them year-round and often. They have become my go-to shoe, especially when I know my day will be long and much of the time will be on my feet. Another winner in the footwear dept. February 20, 2012

Top quality shoes These shoes are made by C & J. They fit great and are very comfortable. Top notch shoes. the buckles on the brown shoes are gold toned. January 14, 2012

Not sure about the leather finish Great fit in my "B" width, very comfortable and elegant. Brown Leather appeared distressed upon arrival. Be wary of using kiwi polish on these. Not sure if that ruins the finish but the already distressed looking leather looked even worse after polishing. I'm staying with cream based polished from now on and living with the less than ideal appearance. Would like to get a black pair but a bit wary. October 26, 2011
