Best Purchase Ever!!! These shoes look, and feel beautiful.....they r the best ones if ever purchased it looks so dainty on the foot instead of those thick soled ones....one good idea....put tabs by the shoe maker as soon as you get them so itll last longer.....! April 12, 2011
Great boy's dress shoe Our son attends cotillion, which requires that his dancing shoes have all leather soles. These fit the bill and are appropriate for kids' ballroom dancing. It is hard to find boys' penny loafers without the standard issue rubber soles. Glad BB still makes these beautiful shoes. February 10, 2011
These shoes make both mom & son happy My son wears a size 5-1/2 and I soon realized he had fallen between the childrens' shoe stores (end at 5) and men's stores (start at 7) and couldn't find ANY nice shoes. These BB loafers look and feel great to him. They are not inexpensive but are well-made, so in this case you get what you pay for. The BB store ordered them in 2 sizes so he could compare & sent the other back. He put on his Brooks blazer, shirt & khakis and proudly went to the symphony looking just like Dad. June 2, 2010

Hello, thank you for your inquiry. The Penny Loafers above are part of our Fleece collection, or our children's line. If your son typically wears a size 8 American, he would likely fit into our mainline men's offerings. Item 859F is the grown-up version of this loafer. Additionally, item MH00026 is essentially the same thing, only the leather is not as shiny.

I'm usually between sizes either a 5.5 or a 6. Are these wide or narrow? Do they fit bigger or smaller in length?
