Beautiful Shoes with Comfort (with the right size) I was able to try the black pair on in the store, but wanted the walnut. My size (10.5 D) in the black was too big, so I went down a half size to 10 and it fit much better. When I received the walnut pair in 10 D a couple days later it was indeed the right size. I'm wearing them for the first time and they are VERY comfortable and look terrific. May not be the case for all, but I think sizing down by half will get you the right fit. April 11, 2013
Strange shoe I first purchased a pair of brown loafers. These shoes were tight over the toes and to narrow. I tried to purchase another pair that were wider, but still not a good fit. These shoes are nice to look at but are strange on the foot and not a good buy. I would not recommend anyone to buy them. April 3, 2012

Penny Loafer Purchased as gift for a close friend. He indicated that the shoe was a little tight initially, but has stretched out and is great. Shoe trees were also included with the gift. Received many complements. The color (brown)is great. He especially likes the combo leather and rubber sole. Not the quality of Aldens private label for Brooks, but made in the USA. Great value and style for the money!!!!! January 14, 2012

I tried these on in a D width at a store (the only width in stock), and they definitely were too loose in the heel, but only a little loose in the vamp. I wear a B width in Allen Edmonds, but I'm considering a C width might be right for these. Any recommendations?

We suggest trying on the C width before a B. Comfort and fit is subjective to the wearer.

Not all products from BB are made in the USA, but many are. They clearly mark the ones that are made here, both on the clothes labels and in the descriptions on the website.
