Fabric Irritates The fabric, especially, its texture, looks very nice. Cutting of the skirt is also elegant. However, it appears that the lining is not well paired with the wool fabric. It itches and irritates despite the lining and a pair of thick winter tights. I wear wool skirts in winter but it is the very first time this ever happened to me -- not because of skin sensitivity.
