Thanks for your response! As mentioned above, I am 5'7", around 148 lb, male, wearing 32 milano pant and extra-slim shirt 15.5/33, you have recommended me a size small... Unfortunately, I have ordered one size Medium which was shipped already, do I need to return it and buy a size small? Thanks again!
