What is the pants size that comes with these Regent 1818 suits? Does the 39 suit come with 32 waist pants and the 40 suit come with 33 waist pants, etc.?

Hello, thank you for your inquiry into our Regent Solid 1818 Suit. Our suits are offered with pants that have a 6" drop from the chest measurement. So for a suit that is 39 Regular, the trousers will measure 33" whereas a 40 Regular would be 34". Of course, you will likely need to alter the trousers a bit for the best possible fit.
