It has left and right breast pockets.
The sleeves are very long. I wear 35" sleeve dress shirts, and the sleeves of the Large size reach the middle of my hands.

No lining, pocket on left breast. I believe it runs true to size...about a 17 1/2 to 18 neck and 36" sleeve.

Hello, thank you for your inquiry. For this Buffalo Plaid Shirt Jacket, sizing depends on your preference. The jacket has a traditional cut and is roomy enough to wear over layers, so a large would be appropriate if you prefer a loose fit. If you would like a look that is more fitted, almost tailored, we would recommend selecting a medium.

No, this is a much different fabric. The shirt you are talking about is much rougher and the pattern is slightly different as well. The Woolrich shirt 6061 is also washable. I happen to really like the woolrich shirt - I own some of them. This is pricey but is a "finer" version of the original for what its worth.
