Best Pair of Slippers I've had these for 3 years and I'm just now having to replace them.... so at that rate I've gotten more than my money's worth out of them. Fantastic quality and the only reason why I have to replace them is because the lining is getting a little gross. December 2, 2011
Excellent Quality and Price I rated these slippers highly for a number of reasons. First, they are extremely comfortable and warm. Second, they have a double leather sole as opposed to vinyl or rubber soles that leave scuff marks on wood floors. Third, they are very well made. Fourth, they do not have the drawstrings and tassels that wear out and tear. They were a bit snug at first, but after wearing them a few times they are now formed to my feet. November 30, 2011

I'd recommend the size 11. The slippers do not run large, and the 10 may be too small.

If he wants them to stay on his feet, even while walking or running down steps, try the 10.
Brooks Brothers sizes carefully. However, if he wants a looser fit, the 11 should be ok.

My elderly father-in-law prefers to shuffle/slide his feet when walking, and has trouble with slippers that have rubber bottoms. If these slipper bottoms are completely suede, that will make it easier for him to walk.

These slipper have all leather bottoms. I prefer that because the rubber bottom slippers leave marks on hard wood floors.
