Shipping Information

For your security, an adult signature is required for deilvery of merchandise over $1,000.00. Please note that delivery of merchandise that has been reordered or requires alterations, monogramming, or personalization will take approximately two additional weeks. "Select" special order dress shirts take approximately three to four additional weeks.

Shipping Methods

Standard Delivery

• FedEx will deliver items that are available for immediate shipment in 3-7 business days for a standard shipping charge.
• All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada are shipped by air for an additional $10.00 fee per address.

Two Business Day

• For an additional $5.00 FedEx can ship in-stock items, ordered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, by noon Eastern Time, to arrive by the second business day for delivery in the United States.
• Two Business Day delivery is not available to APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico or Canada.

Next Business Day

• For an additional $12.50 FedEx can ship in-stock items ordered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, by noon Eastern Time to arrive the next business day. This service is available for orders delivered to anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States; $22.50 for Alaska and Hawaii. There will be additional charges for deliveries to more than one address.
• Next Business Day delivery is not available to APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Canada and some rural areas.

P.O. Boxes

• Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

International Delivery

Shipping Fee

• Delivery to Canada is shipped by air for an additional $10.00 fee based on U.S. shipping fee per address. Delivery to all other countries is shipped by air for $49.99.
• Two Business Day and Next Business Day deliveries are not available for international delivery.

Duties & Taxes

• All Shipping & handling and applicable duties will be paid by the customer and will be billed by the delivering carrier.

Excluded Products

• We cannot ship Gift Cards, fragrances, or products containing alligator or genuine fur internationally.

The Traditional Gift Card

• There is a $5 shipping and handling fee for each address, $15 for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
• Next Business Day delivery is available for $12 in the 48 contiguous United States, $22.50 for Alaska & Hawaii. Orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, by noon Eastern Time will arrive the next business day. Next Business Day delivery is currently not available for Puerto Rico.
• Please note that we cannot ship Gift Cards internationally.
• For your security, FedEx will require an adult signature for delivery of the Gift Card. We regret that we cannot ship the Gift Card to Canada or internationally.
