this woman's question is precisely the same one I have. If I wear a brooks brothers slim fit shirt (16-35 in my case) and am a 42R tuxedo, what size vest would be appropriate? Medium or Large? 42-43" chest and a 31-32" waist. Thanks in advance for any guidance you can lend
