Mary McLaughlin is the creator of this exquisite collection of American hand painted enamel cuff links . Enamel's deep glazed surface can absorb a wide variety of translucent and opaque pigments. First, a thin coating of powdered glass and clay are applied to a copper form and fired to create a permanent bond between the enamel and metal. After several layers are fired, the enamel becomes a smooth, white surface, ready for hand painting. The finished product is truly a work of art. Hand painted with black block-style initials. Sterling silver, t-back. Your last initial will be located in the center of the hand painted monogram. Presented in a gift box. Made in the USA. Please allow an additional three weeks for delivery.
With each pair of monogrammed cufflinks purchased, Brooks Brothers and Trees That Feed Foundation will plant fruit trees in developing countries.
