The buckle is of the right size and subtle enough that it would never throw an outfit off balance. The metal part is very small, so there is no need to worry about matching metal colors for the whole outfit. I am a size 0P, but I got small, as opposed to XS, for low-rise pants. May 8, 2012

Our belt sizes do not correspond to pant sizes as different style pants can sit on different parts of the waist.

Here are the corresponding measurements in inches.
Small: 29 7/8"
Medium: 31 3/4"
Large: 33 3/8"

I see the models with belts on in the Women (W-14-22) sizes, but I don't see any belts that go past Large??
