Rated 5 out of 5 by Brian82 The best underwear I've ever owned
With the decreased quality of Jockey briefs over the last several years that I've been wearing, I decided to start looking at other manufacturers for something a little more high quality that would last longer. Having loved several BB shirts I've gotten recently, I decided to try some of their briefs to see if their quality stays consistent across their different clothing lines and down to undergarments, and I have to say I've been very pleasantly surprised. Extremely soft cotton, a nice silky to the touch waste band, and a great classic brief fit/look are all present with these. I decided to wait for a few washes before posting this review as my old Jockies would tend to bead up around the waste band after the second or third wash, and I'm happy to report that I've had no decline in quality since washing. I usually wear a size 31" or 32" waist on my pants depending on the manufacturer, and found that the small size briefs were a perfect fit and look for me.
My only complaint about these echoes what one other reviewer mentioned, in that the washing instruction tags are a little much given the quality/price of these otherwise. While I haven't found the tags to be obtrusive or itchy while wearing, I do feel given the price of these that Brooks Brothers should possibly opt for printed washing instructions instead of the normal tags. Not enough to make me dock a star or not purchase them, but I guess it would be on my wish list if they did any alterations to the existing product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BlandCapitalist A snug foundation for a great ensemble
Of all the briefs I've worn, from brands like Hanes, to Perry Ellis, to Ralph Lauren, these Brooks Brothers brand supima briefs are the softest, most comfortably supportive briefs I've ever worn. Resistant to pilling, these briefs retain their softness and luster through multiple washings unlike competitive brands'. I highly recommend these for daily wear and especially when in the gym, as they resist sweat-based odor extraordinarily well.

This product has served me very well for many, many years. Same quality always, same fit and same comfort. Very good product, please do not change. Thank you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by mgmLA Nice quality fabric, but with a major flaw
While these underwear have a very nice feel, for the price, they really should have a printed label rather than such a large and cumbersome set of labels and instructions. These labels were so intrusive as to necessitate using a seam ripper to eliminate them, which took way too much time and effort. Come on BB, you really should be adopting printed-on labels for underclothes.

My husband never commented on his underwear until I bought him Brooks Brothers. He immediately could tell a difference in the quality of the materials. It is very durable and holds up well after months of washing - even though I don't follow the fabric care instructions and use hot water with bleach. I am sold on this underwear and won't buy any other brand.

I've been wearing the Brooks Brothers Boxer Briefs for some time and am very pleased with them. I recently bought a 3 pack of white Brooks Brothers White Briefs and am very happy with the fit, craftsmanship, look and comfort. I will buy them again!

Rated 3 out of 5 by TPIZZ Old ones are better
Love the material feel, but the leg openings are huge, and the rubber waistband(inside) beads up after a couple of washes...like a cheaper pair...My old ones from a few years back NEVER did this!!!

My husband discovered he forgot to pack his undies on a trip 6 years ago. From our hotel he walked to the nearest store that sold underwear (it was Brooks Brothers) and purchased a package of 3 of your under shorts. After wearing them, he came home, bought more and threw out all of his Jockeys! He won't wear anything but Brooks Brothers undies.
