Yes. To my knowledge all BB dress shirts except luxury-fit and made to measure come with left side front pockets.

Yes. As far as I know, all of the non-luxury, non-Golden Fleece dress shirts have a pocket on the left side.

Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Our Traditional fit dress shirt is our fullest, with plenty of room in the chest and shoulders, whereas Regular fit is a bit more slender in the body. There is not a major difference between the two, but we would encourage you to consider Traditional fit only if you are rather bulky or prefer a loose fit.
