No, you can wash them in the laundry and dry them in your dryer. Just pull them out immediately after and hang them, and you're good to go.

That said, do not buy these shirts. They are only like 50% opaque, meaning you can see any sort of undershirt with this on.

Hello,

The Non- Iron shirts are designed to be machine laundered and not dry cleaner. The solvents used at a dry cleaner can alter the non-iron properties, thus damaging the shirt.

Two different kinds of stitching. Pinpoint is far less obvious to the eye than Supima, but more likely to rip if pushed to the limit.

Supima cotton is a seperate type of cotton. While pinpoint refers to the style of the weave that the shirt has.
