This is my first time trying the "slim-fit" dress shirts from BrooksBrothers. I tried the slim fit shirts from other designer brands several times, but they were either way too tight or not slim enough as they claimed. I am 5'9"/170lb, and most of the dress shirts I pick up at dept stores are way too big for me leaving too much fabric loose inside my jacket and end up all wrinkled up. But I finally found ready-to-wear dress shirts that fits me well, and it is going to cost less than custom tailored shirts. Can't be any happier!

This is a classic broadcloth white shirt with French cuffs. Great quality material - will look good for a long time. Buttons are very solid. Slim fit is perfect for me - 5'10" and 175 lbs. It's a classic - you can't go wrong.

Apart from being a bit baggy, the fabric is too thin, almost see through. Other BB shirts(barrel cuffed ones) don't seem to have this issue.

I have been buying BB shirts for a long time. The french cuff shirts used to have a pocket. Why did BB take it away? This is very frustrating as it comes in handy and I think they look better with the pocket.
I will not purchase any other french cuff shirts until the pocket returns.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Downndr Impressive shirt for the price
The shirt is beautifully styled and works well both with business suits and formal wear. Compared to the barrel cuffed version of this shirt, the material is a much thinner broadcloth. I'm not sure how many washes it will endure but it looks and feels great.

Rated 3 out of 5 by NickolasM A nice shirt for the money, but...
I'm not sure, but the word "Supima" must be Malaysian for "skimpy" because the fabric is so thin, it is practically transparent. The collar and cuffs are mercifully made of heavier fabric, but the rest of the shirt feels cheap. It's too bad, because everything else about the shirt is nice.
It's a good shirt to wear if you never have to take off your jacket and you always wear a tie, but if anything is visible other than your collar and cuffs, you're in trouble. Too bad...I really wanted to like this shirt (which is why I bought three of them at once).

Rated 5 out of 5 by Karin Love this shirt. I buy the french cuff version of this slim fit non-iron shirt only at Brooks Brothers. The fabric quality is superior and it always looks fresh.

I wear a 16.5-35. These shirts are great; few things look more sharp than a well-made French Cuff shirt.
My only suggestion for BBros is to "take-in" some of the material around the waist. When I tuck the shirt in (which is everytime I wear it), there is simply too much "billowing" around the waist. However, this issue is not critical enough for me to quit buying these shirts.
