Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 15 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Shirt Great Shirt. Fits great, looks great. It's exactly what I expected when I ordered it. July 9, 2010
Rated 4 out of 5 by A bit bulky I bought this in a traditional fit as the slimmer fits are too tight on my middle aged round frame. However this one is too big in the lower section and it fits a bit like a tent. Something in between would be better for my shape. I bought the matching tie and the colors are deadly accurate and the shirt simply sparkles. Overall an excellent shirt and tie for the cost. May 26, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by QUALITY SHIRT I WAS LOOKING FOR A GOOD QUALITY SHIRT AND I FOUND IT HER AT BROOKS BROTHERS. WAS LEARY ABOUT BUYIONG ON LINE BUT I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS PRODUCT. THE QUALITY OF THE FABRIC IS WONDERFUL, AND THE CRAFTMANSHIP IS BETTER THAN SOME OF THE TAILORED MADE SHIRTS THAT I HAVE PURCHASED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FRIENDS TO BROOKS BROTHERS. GETTING READY TO ORDER ANOTHER SHIRT IN A FEW DAYS. March 24, 2010

Answer:
Last year I visited a factory store for the first time. I know a lot of other retailers sell their rejects at such stores and outlets. But, all my purchases that day and subsequent visits have provided me with a wealth of BB articles that I found upon very close scrutiny to be devoid of any perceivable defects. Even if there were small defects, at the prices that are being offered I couldn't care less if there was a misspelled label or a thread out of line, neither of which I have encountered. The last visit was during the winter and there was a lot of summer items being displayed. Being optimistic that I would survive the winter I purchased polo and regular collared shirts in abundance,

Answer:
I am answering this off the top of my head going back to my experience as a mens wear salesman over 30 years ago and my buying experience during weight fluctuations which are ongoing. Traditional and regular fit seem to be about reasonably equal amongst better retailers, especially those that tend to be a bit more conservative in their wares. When the terms slim fit and extra slim fit are used, the reference is to the tapered sides that give a more form fitting appearance. The issue of sleeve length is a whole other matter. I cannot wear 32/33 length shirts I prefer the exact size of 33 which fits me perfectly the 32 length is to short. You should determine your correct sleeve lenght and go from there. Again this is off the top of my head so a consultation of the website should give a more accurate response.
