Hello sir, many thanks for your inquiry. Based on a neck size of 15.5" we recommend that you select a Medium in our Supima Cotton Solid Oxford Baseball Sport Shirt. Please keep in mind, this item is part of our Red Fleece Collection and therefore has a trimmer fit in the torso and chest. It will be a bit more fitted than perhaps you are accustomed, but a Large will simply be too bulky.
