Rated 5 out of 5 by Raylan Shirts are great
No problem whatsoever with the shirts. Everything I expected. I wanted the lighter weight, pinpoint oxford button down.
they have the product down cold.
they should fire the website designer
"finding" the shirt is like a game of where's waldo
1. the website doesn't "sort"; e.g. give you the option of looking at only "solid" button downs.
2. the descriptions of the various solid button downs are confusing.
I am a 25 year customer, I knew what I wanted, I couldn't find it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by JulianM Great shirt for a year or two
The shirts look great, are comfortable, and best of all, don't have to be ironed - they always keeps their crisp look!
However, somewhere between the first and second year, every Brooks Brothers non-iron shirt I've owned would wear out - usually around the elbows, along the sleeve crease, and the edges of the collars and placket. That's after only wearing the shirt once every two weeks (at most), and laundering them at home (no dry cleaners).
I have other shirts from cheaper companies that have lasted for years without falling apart the way my BB shirts have. Perhaps it has to do with the non-iron fabric - it may be weaker...

I own several of the slim, non-iron fits now and love each one of them. Unlike many non-iron shirts, the BB product feels quite soft and supple as befitting high quality cotton. It is a modern but not hipster fit, very dandy. After a wash, i dry them quickly on a high temperature, then (perhaps after ten minutes because they don't take long to dry) i pull the out, pop them, and hang them up. They are flawless in no time. Their quality is so commendable that my wife has also converted much of her wardrobe to the ladies' non-iron blouses. Very highly recommended.
Note: Do NOT use fabric softener; it will remove the non-iron finish and the shirts will begin to take on wrinkles.

I hope that this one lasts longer than the last two. I have a shirt purchased from you approximately 5 years ago -- and still wearable. The last two lasted a year or less. All of the shirts were deemed "wrinkle free." I was appalled to see the last two tear at after a year. Cheap and destructible should not be associated with the Brooks lable.

I'm in a bind. Your extra slim fit are bordering on weirdly too tight for the hospital. Your slim fit are nearly perfect in the chest (not too loose not too tight), but the arms are incredibly baggy. Please slim the arms of the slim fit to be in proportion with the body of the shirt.
Other than that, the fabric and build quality of the shirt make for good value.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JamesJr This product is awesome.
These are the best shirts for the money on the market. They look great, are true no irons and are an actual slim fit. I recommend them to everyone I know. They are a must have in every closet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Downndr I would have to concur that the weak spot is the fact that these do wear rather more easily along the edges of the cuff. But the crease resistance and fit make this a staple in my wardrobe. The light blue colour is absolutely the right shade of blue.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Stephen Quality changed and slipping for the white color
The quality of the cloth in the white color of this shirt has decreased. The cloth used to be a very fine 2 X 2 pinpoint texture that was very soft and durable. The cloth is now noticeably thinner, not as soft, and not as able to hold it's non wrinkled appearance. The blue color cloth has not changed and remains a very fine pinpoint oxford.
I will begin to look elsewhere for fine pinpoint white oxford shirts in the future.
