To benefit the 9/11 Memorial, we crafted this updated version of one of our most memorable ties. This iconic "BB#1" striped tie is hand finished in our workrooms in New York City in the black and teal colors of the 9/11 Memorial logo. Wear it each 9/11 anniversary to honor those who fell and those who rose in response. Brooks Brothers will donate 100% of profits, but in any event no less than $40.00 per tie, from the sale of the Tie to the 9/11 Memorial. Pure silk woven in England. 3¼" width. 58" length. Dry clean.

A great tie for an even better cause This tie, like all my other Brooks Brothers ties, is fantastically well made. I have always been more than satisfied with Brooks Brothers ties, they knot well, wear for years and attract just the right amount of attention and complements. This tie has understated light grey stripes outlining light blue stripes that stand out against the black background (these are the colors of the 9/11 memorial). I have had several people complement this tie, it's a great way to start a conversation about an otherwise taboo topic. The money goes to a good cause and it's a great product, just buy one. The black is an extremely dark black, which contrasts nicely with my charcoal suit. The stripes that may appear white on your screen are actually a dove gray. The blue is between royal and cyan - strong, but not annoying. January 25, 2012
Excellent shirt, however I think I prefer Non-Iron This is a great shirt, always top quality which I except from Brooks Brothers. This was one of my first attempts at a non, non-iron shirt. While ironing doesn't take long (a gentleman always has his clothes for at least the next workday ready the night before), I think I prefer the non iron shirts offered by Brooks Brothers. Still, I will continue to wear this shirt. They say, "Dress for the position you want," and that's why I'm building up my wardroom exclusively with Brooks Brothers apparel. January 15, 2012
