The Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis CD
The Jazz Man
With all the hogwash that passes for music today it's hard to find something easy on the ears, especially when you're a 22 year old college student that is constantly listening to the top 40s at work. Nothing feels better than popping in some soothing jazz to calm the soul, and free the mind a little bit of the daily stresses that always seems to meet us every day. This was actually a gift from my father and it's one of those CDs that I take along for long drives back home, pop in while I relax with a drink, or just something to listen to when I need to sit down and relax a bit. Purchase this for yourself or a loved one, you/they will not be disappointed.

Great sound-- Wynton is never a disappointment to me.
This is a "must" for all jazz lovers.

A Let-Down from his First
After their great "Plays the Music of Duke Ellington," this album was not nearly what I was both hoping for and expecting. While the tunes are quite spirited and demonstrate the skill and expertise of these Jazz Artists, the songs feel very lackluster and dull. A disappointment.

Wynton Marsalis puts his talents at best. These twelve songs are gold.
