Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, a size 30 or 42 would not be appropriate for you. Typically you should size up by no more than two sizes, so a 36 would be the best choice. We apologize we no longer have this particular style in stock, but we do have others that are similar. Might we suggest the Contrast Stitch Belt #MO00041?
