Great quality blazer made of Loro Piana wool
I purchased this blazer at BB store, Rodeo drive, LA. At first I intended to buy a sports coat, but I could not find suitable one. The shop assistant recommended me to look around navy blazers. I did not know previously but navy blazers are hardly on sale. Many high quality navy blazers exceeded $1,000, except this one. Moreover, this blazer was made of Italian Loro Piana Wool. A 44R Madison fit perfectly suited me.

Not the best
I ordered this blazer online last week and had pretty high expectations. I got it today and tried it on and was very disappointed. The first thing I noticed was that the sleeves were at least 3 inches too short (conservatively) and this was a L. Then I noticed how oddly cut the arms were at the top - almost like they were very high in the jacket making it very uncomfortable. I have many other 46L's in other brands that fit great. This cut was supposed to be sort of an average and not slim, but that wasn't what I found. Overall it looked OK, but not the best quality for the price - so it's going back.....

Great Jacket but short sleeve
I am 5.7ft(height), 140lbs(weight), 33"(sleeve) and 31"(waist).
I went with 37S. Great Fit but short sleeve.
If I go with 37R, the length of jacket must be too long.
The length...It is dillema.

Benchmark
I bought this blazer last summer and since then, every morning I am getting dressed for work, my hand reaches for this blazer independently of my thoughts. Yes, it became one of my favorites and there are many reasons why: I love the way it fits and every single detail of the blazer make me thank the person who designed. Thank you, Brooks Brothers.

Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we cannot switch the buttons in our distribution center, typically this is done at your local Brooks Brothers store by one of our professional tailors. Being that you are contacting us from Australia, where we do not currently have a location, you would do well to purchase buttons separately and bring them to your local tailor. We do hope this information is helpful.
