Perfect for the Occasion I am a 40R but wanted a white dinner jacket that could be worn formally, yet a little more casually, for a cruise. Therefore, I went a size down (38) and for a short in order to modernize the cut of the traditional Madison fit. It worked perfectly... If there were a Fitzgerald cut, I would have gone with 39R.
